GTL Infrastructure granted 90 86,833 shares following the conversion of 1,016 zero coupon convertible bonds (series B1 bonds) totaling US $ 1.016 million and 379 zero coupon convertible bonds (series B3 bonds) totaling 0.379 million of US dollars at a conversion price of Rs. 10 per share.

After the above conversions, outstanding Series B1 and B3 bonds were US $ 32.903 million and US $ 12.257 million respectively as of October 12, 2021.
