MS PowerPoint is a program included in the Microsoft Office suite. It is used to make presentations for personal and business purposes. Here are some of the best shortcuts to use when presenting on Powerpoint.
Toggle black screen between presentations

During the presentation, if you want to have a black screen or a blank screen, it is easy to do so in MS PowerPoint. You can press W for a white screen or B for a blank or black screen.
During a presentation, a user can turn the pointer into a visual laser pointer by pressing Ctrl + L.
It’s easy to draw directly on your presentation without using an external device. User can use Ctrl + P shortcut to turn pointer into pen and easily draw on presentation.

Select text or an object on a slide, then press Ctrl + K to open the Insert hyperlink in the dialog box to turn it into a link. You can also press Ctrl + K without selecting anything first, and then specify where to add a hyperlink later.
Change the order of a slide
Pressing Ctrl + Up Arrow to move the selected slide one position up in the presentation and the reverse can be done by pressing Ctrl + Down Arrow to move it later in the presentation.
Users can press Ctrl + Shift + Right Arrow to increase the size of selected text bit by bit. To reduce the font size: Press Ctrl + Shift + Left Arrow to reduce the size of the selected text.
Press Ctrl + E to center the selected paragraph. For left alignment of text: press Ctrl + L to the selected paragraph. To right align, select the paragraph and press Ctrl + R.
If the user has the impression that the text is outside the margin of their page or is not aligned correctly, they can use Justify. Press Ctrl + J to justify the selected paragraph. This causes the text to automatically fit to the left and right margins of the slide.

Subscript and exponent
For the superscript, a user can press Ctrl and the plus sign to transform the selected text into a superscript. Subscribing is also easy. Press Ctrl + = to turn the selected text into a subscript.
Many consumers make a lot of mistakes while giving a presentation and finding one mistake one by one seems very hectic. Microsoft thought about it and created a shortcut for it. By pressing F7, users can run a built-in spell check.
Search in a presentation
Want to search for specific text on your presentation? Do this by pressing Ctrl + F. This will open a dialog where you can search for the word you want. You can also replace the word by another with the same dialog box.

Microsoft has its own in-software help support which can be activated by pressing F1.
Did you make a mistake and want to reverse the action? By pressing Ctrl + Z, you can undo the action. To do the reverse, the Redo option is used and can be activated by pressing Ctrl + Y. There are few actions that cannot be undone or redone in such a case, nothing will happen even if you press the hotkey.
The Esc shortcut is used to abort any task that you do not want to complete. It can also be used to exit the presentation.
Press Ctrl + C to copy the text to the clipboard, press Ctrl + X to cut, and press Ctrl + V to paste the contents of the clipboard at the cursor location.
